Evidencing Usability

Whilst working at Mindwave, it fell under my leadership to ensure that existing components of our Saas product “Maia” could be evidenced as based on robust user research and validated at each release by user testing in order to assure our purchasing clients of its usability. I created documentation to outline what had been done to date and created plans as Head of Design Operations to ensure that usability objectives and key results for all new features were co-created by and made visible to all stakeholders, in a bid to ensure consistency and futureproofing. This process included a full accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 AA standards with plan to plug any gaps and regular meetings with senior stakeholders to outline and ratify modular use cases for new deployments.
