Brook Sexual Health - Remote Moderated Workshops & Insight Analysis

A full discovery process and alpha phase to gain insight into the feelings, concerns, attitudes and ideas upheld by staff and users of Brook’s sexual health services to enable evaluation of needs so that we could define and test opportunity and scope for delivery of a “digital front door” for the organisation. The discovery report creates a range of personas and organises key themes and goals by user group, prior to defining phase 1 epics, KPI’s and validation methods. It also discusses a service blueprinting activity with stakeholders and outlines branding and UI recommendations for delivery. The alpha report recaps on the actioned outcomes from discovery and documents discussion points from alpha evaluation prior to prioritising features for phase 2 alpha epics.
